Compensation: $18/hr plus tips

Schedule: part-time, flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays to accommodate event schedule

As a Sports Complex Hospitality/Concessions Attendant, you’ll play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our guests. From serving up snacks and drinks to helping at events, you’ll be part of the action at our busy complex. We’re looking for friendly, enthusiastic team players who love working in a fast-paced environment.

Concessions Attendant Essential Job Duties

What you’ll get to do:

• Greet customers with a smile and provide exceptional guest experiences.
• Prepare and serve food and drinks at concession stands or beverage carts.
• Accurately process transactions.
• Assist with customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and courteously.
• Keep concessions area clean, organized, and well-stocked.
• Perform routine cleaning tasks such as wiping counters, sanitizing equipment, and disposing of trash.
• Follow health and safety guidelines.
• Work closely with other team members to ensure efficient operations.
• Operate attractions and support other entertainment including but not limited to The Spider Jump attraction and movie nights.

Qualifications and Skills Required

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly attitude.
• Ability to handle fast-paced environment and stay calm under pressure.
• Strong communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail,
• Knowledge of basic math skills for handling transactions.
• Strong time management skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow procedures and work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate event schedules.

Experience and Education Required

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in hospitality, food service, or concessions is a plus but not required.

Working Conditions & Physical Demands

• May involve frequent bending, moving, lifting, and carrying material weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to comfortably stand and walk long distances for extended periods of time.
• Ability to work in all extremes of weather conditions.
• May be exposed to high noise levels and require wearing hearing protection.
