Temp-Stop started in 1998 and has grown to 10 Convenience Store locations and 2 Liquor Stores. WE NEED YOU TO BE A PART OF OUR FAMILY!

We are developing a new Coffee/Donut concept named Baxters. The store will be located in Lee's Summit. We will serve latte's and other coffee specialties, as well as manufacture donuts for retail, as well as delivery to our Temp-Stop locations daily. We are looking for a few individuals who like to work overnight cooking and icing donuts!

We’re searching for individuals who want to make this a career and have a passion for creating baked goods. We understand these are hard times and strive to provide a safe workspace (we abide by CDC guidelines).

Job Duties:

• Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
• Follow recipes and presentation specifications
• Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
• Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
• Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment
• Restock items as needed throughout the shift
• Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
• Production typically starts at 7am for mixers and fryers, and donut icing and finishing shifts will start around 9am and run until 5pm.

Pay Frequency:
Bi weekly

Starting pay is $16.00 an hour depending upon experience and if you have advanced management experience.

Earn an additional $0.50 per hour from midnight to 6 a.m. (see company policy upon accepting a position).

Earn a performance review in a little as 90 days, with annual reviews thereafter.

Health Insurance is available within 90 days of your starting date.

Vacation Pay,
Over-time pay over 40 hours
, Annual Bonus based upon store profits, Over-time pay for those that work the Holidays.

The function of the manager is to perform the following duties in a friendly and professional manner ensuring a high level of customer service and store appearance as well as the items above.

• Cleaning (windows, floors, bathrooms, emptying trash containers, etc.)
• Stocking shelves and coolers
• Sweeping and mopping floors
• Checking product in as it is delivered from vendors
• Ability to communicate with associates and guests
• Available weekend, evening shifts and holidays
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must attend mandatory meetings (i.e. T.A.M., sexual harassment)
• Physical Requirements
• Frequent bending, reaching, lifting of 1 to 15 lbs
• Be able to lift up to 50lbs on occasion
• Reaching above shoulder height and bending below waist
• Be able to freely access all areas of the store
• Move quickly around store
