Five Below - - - Responsibilities:
Ensure all crew members are wowing the customer through personal contact with customers and train on the BEST customer service experience;
Lead assigned store to achieve and maintain customer service score goals provided by the District Manager;
Lead front end operations and merchandising to meet or exceed brand standards and ensure front-end equipment is in working order;
Perform opening and closing procedures, maintain store cleanliness and readiness for customers;
Recruit, train, coach, develop and supervise crew members in partnership with the store manager
