Job Overview
This role focuses on the safety and security of our associates, customers, and merchandise. The position involves investigating, applying critical thinking, and solving complex problems to protect the store environment.
Compensation & BenefitsHourly Wage: $18 – $31 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
Additional Compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed, with the possibility of multiple premiums if applicable criteria are met.
