Deli​/Bakery Team Associate

Job Overview

The primary role of a Deli / Bakery associate is to prepare quality products for customers, engage customers at the service counter, move incoming merchandise onto the sales floor, and maintain proper food safety standards.

• Prepare diverse deli and bakery products to meet shop standards.
• Provide courteous service to customers at the counter.
• Move and stock incoming merchandise on the sales floor.
• Maintain cleanliness and adhere to food safety regulations.

Hourly Wage: $17–$30 per hour (equal to or exceeding the applicable minimum wage).

Additional Compensation:
Annual or quarterly performance incentives; premium pay ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply.
