Sales Advisor- Summit

Overview

As a Sales Advisor, you will provide excellent customer service, welcoming and guiding customers through the store to actively sell products and provide support and guidance. You will use your fashion and product knowledge to give customers all necessary information for the best experience, work on garment refill & care, presentation, and help maintain a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house.

Typical responsibilities include:*

• Providing excellent customer service, welcoming & guiding customers through the store and OMNI experience when available
• Engaging in conversations with customers to provide excellent service
• Guiding customers through fashion trends, stories & products in all store areas
• Effectively promoting and selling products to customers
• Actively promoting the Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) & in‑store sustainability initiatives
• Representing yourself and the H&M brand positively during all customer interactions
• Supporting commercial or operational actions to reach sales targets with the store management team

• Keeping up‑to‑date with fashion scene, trends, styles, brands, products, competitors and relevant influencers
• Sharing relevant information with customers based on product & fashion knowledge

• Retaining and sharing service, fashion and store operations knowledge and skills with colleagues
• Following all procedures, routines and legal requirements in all store areas
• Giving & receiving feedback with colleagues to learn, develop & support each other
• Participating in onboarding, introduction processes & trainings and courses relevant for your role and future development

• Completing the full garment cycle from unpacking and refill to steaming and ensuring good garment care
• Operating fitting room and checkout areas according to best practice & processes
• Contributing to a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house (including stockrooms)
• Supporting garment presentation, execution and maintaining attractive merchandise displays, clear trends & stories according to visual & commercial guidelines
• Ensuring good stock levels with replenishment routines on the sales floor
• Maintaining best practice for any in‑store OMNI services & in‑store tech services/tools (Instore Care App, Click & Collect, Smart Store, etc.)
• Supporting opening and closing of the store
• Following all H&S guidelines and legal requirements applicable to the role

• Communicative, creative, curious, motivated, flexible, decisive and action‑oriented
• Enjoy working in a collaborative and dynamic environment
• Has sales experience in a dynamic and collaborative environment that can be applied to this role
• Experience working with customer service in fashion, retail or other service‑related industries

Job Status: Hourly, Non‑Exempt
