This is not a “sit back and wait” sales role.

We’re hiring a Development Sales Partner to help drive growth in our Midwest territory — our highest-producing region
. This role is for someone who is sharp, proactive, and thrives in a high-communication, high-organization environment. You’ll be in the center of the action: managing inbound, building relationships, and turning small-to-mid-size accounts into long-term partners.

You’ll work closely with a Strategic Sales Partner and report directly to the VP of Sales. We move fast, communicate clearly, and expect ownership.

What You’ll Be Doing Day to Day
  • Researching and identifying new leads, distributors, and growth opportunities across the Midwest
  • Owning and developing a book of small-to-mid-size accounts with an eye toward long-term growth
  • Handling a high volume of inbound inquiries and marketing-generated leads
  • Running virtual client meetings and presentations, with occasional in-person visits
  • Partnering closely with the Strategic Sales Partner on territory strategy and account planning
  • Keeping CRM records clean, current, and accurate (this matters here)
  • Sharing real-time feedback on market trends, prospects, and customer needs
