What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Develop targeted regional/local integrator accounts and implement account plans to grow discretionary business
  • Consult and train integrator partners on product and solution applications that meet their needs
  • Execute strategic selling capabilities within integrator partners, including leading dialogue and training
  • Collaborate with Allegion channel partners to coordinate business development efforts
  • Maintain and utilize CRM tools for sales reporting and communication of sales activities
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 2+ years of sales experience or 5+ years of experience in the access control space preferred
  • High School Diploma required;
    Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Technical acumen and a fundamental understanding of access control components and systems
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal/written communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Ability to travel up to 50%
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience in identifying and developing strategic relationships with partners
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn industry-specific software
  • Living within the Greater St. Louis, MO or Kansas City, MO area is ideal
