Location: Lee's Summit

Company Cox Automotive – Russia Focus Group Sales – Xtime Regional Sales Manager – Remote (may travel 70% or more). Candidates must reside in the North West Central Territory (Nebraska, Iowa, Missouri, Arkansas, Northern Kansas).

Travel: 70–75% of the time. Compensation:
Base salary $78,500–$117,700 with an annual incentive of $85,000.

What You’ll Do
  • Accountable for selling Xtime products to franchise car dealerships.
  • Generate and maximize sales revenue and grow the dealer customer base.
  • Offer creative solutions to help dealers reach business objectives and provide insights to internal partners about dealer challenges.
  • Reinforce the value of Xtime and Cox Auto products and serve as the primary point of contact for Xtime.
  • Own, deepen, and continually build relationships with assigned dealers.
  • Use the Cox Auto selling approach to manage and close complex sales opportunities.
  • Apply insight and consultative selling techniques to give clients feedback on industry trends, strategies, and challenges.
  • Partner with client stakeholders to build consensus for Cox Automotive Retail Solutions products.
  • Strategically solve deal‑level challenges independently and collaboratively.
  • Present and demonstrate key advantages of the Xtime solution to customers.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue sales goals set by the region and/or division.
  • Backfill open territories or expand existing territories as needed.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager to develop and nurture new and existing dealer relationships.
  • Build trusted relationships with dealership decision‑makers:
    Principals, Controllers, and General Managers.
  • Travel frequently within designated sales territories (70% or more).

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 6 years’ experience in a related field.
  • Alternate combinations accepted: master’s degree and 4 years’ experience;
    Ph.D. and 1 year of experience; or 10 years of experience in a related field.
  • Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Degree in finance, business, or related discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in software, advertising, or automotive software sales (e.g., CDK, Reynolds, Dealer Socket, Route One).
  • Strong knowledge of the automotive dealership and F&I process.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, relationship‑building, collaboration, sales, and territory management skills.
  • Proficiency in using and interpreting research and data for customer opportunities.
  • Strong database management, customer service, organization, problem‑solving, and multi‑tasking skills.
  • Self‑motivated, disciplined, and energetic with an engaging personality.
  • Ability to travel 60–75% within the assigned region.
