Wir suchen motivierte Sales Manager (m/w/d), die Kunden beraten, betreuen und Abschlüsse erzielen – komplett im Homeoffice.
Aufgaben- Betreuung und Ausbau bestehender Kunden
- Bearbeitung eingehender Anfragen
- Vertragsabschlüsse & Upselling
- Nachhaltige Kundenbeziehungen aufbauen
- Deutsch als Muttersprache
- Erste Vertriebserfahrung von Vorteil (kein Muss)
- Strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Hohe Eigenmotivation
- Bereitschaft zum Schichtsystem (08:00–20:00 Uhr)
- 2.500 € Fixgehalt
- leistungsabhängige Provision
- Realistischer Gesamtverdienst: 3.000 – 3.800 €
- 25 Urlaubstage
