Location: Lee's Summit
We are seeking a System Designer for our Kansas City team.
Job Responsibilities- Run in-home sales appointments
- Build rapport and earn customer trust
- Perform load calculations, system assessments, and comfort surveys
- Present solutions using a proven process
- Explain financing options clearly
- Follow up professionally and proactively
- Document visits and outcomes with accuracy
- Build self-generated lead pipeline
- Strong communication skills
- Goal-oriented, competitive mindset
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Pass a drug test
- Reside within 45 minutes of our office
- Preferred (not required): 1+ years of in-home sales experience (HVAC, roofing, plumbing, solar, etc.)

Experience with HVAC - Preferred (not required):
Experience with Service Titan or a similar CRM
