We are looking for a result-oriented Inside Sales professional with 5 years of experience in driving revenue through lead generation, client engagement, and sales conversion. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a consultative sales approach, and the ability to manage the end-to-end sales cycle.

• Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, emails, and social platforms
• Handle inbound and outbound sales activities
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions
• Conduct product/service presentations and demos
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
• Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business
• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
• Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams for smooth execution
• Track market trends and competitor activities

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proven track record in inside sales / lead generation
