Summary

Cable Dahmer Kia is looking for an energetic and customer-focused Internet Sales Assistant to support our sales team by generating appointments and creating opportunities that drive showroom traffic and overall dealership growth. This position works closely with Sales Management to engage prospective customers, follow up with previous leads, and maintain consistent communication through various marketing campaigns and customer databases within Drive Centric.

What You'll Do
  • Proactively contact customers to generate an average of five appointments per day.
  • Follow up with internet leads, campaign leads, orphan customers, and previous prospects using Drive Centric.
  • Communicate with customers through phone calls, text messaging, and email to answer questions and schedule appointments.
  • Support weekly appointment‑generation initiatives and dealership marketing campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and activity notes within Drive Centric.
  • Create qualified sales opportunities that contribute to dealership traffic and sales goals.
  • Work closely with Sales Management to maximize appointment show rates and customer engagement.
  • Participate in daily performance reviews and maintain accountability to activity goals.
What We're Looking For
  • Previous customer service, sales, call center, or automotive experience (preferred but not required).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging customers through multiple communication channels.
  • Ability to stay organized and manage multiple follow‑up activities.
  • Self‑motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Experience with CRM systems preferred;
    Drive Centric experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with sales team and management.
