Senior Territory Manager - Plains Region

Position Summary

Donaldson’s Senior Territory Manager role will be focused on selling filtration products to Food and Beverage manufacturers and resellers. This role will cover Central Plains (CO, WY, NE, KS, MO). This opportunity is ideal for a self‑starter with previous industry‑relevant experience. This is a remote‑based position, and the proper candidate must live within the territory.

• Grow sales within the assigned region
• Direct end‑users
• Recruit and accelerate sales with distributor partners
• Train distributors and end users to maximize the potential sales of Donaldson products
• Identify and grow process filtration business with food and beverage equipment manufacturers (OEM), engineering firms, and strategic end‑users
• Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to grow revenue and profitability
• Expand customer base through networking, lead follow‑up and conversion
• Collaborate with field sales and inside sales teams to cultivate and share leads
• Develop and maintain an opportunity funnel within Microsoft CRM

Bachelor's degree in a related field or 6+ years of relevant field sales experience. Five or more years of sales experience is required.

Remote based within the Central Plains territory. Up to 75% travel within the geographic territory.

Annual salary range: $93,800 – $122,000. The salary may vary based on work experience, training, education and performance. Positions are eligible for sales incentive or commission plan, relocation assistance, and a comprehensive benefits program that includes health benefits, a 401(k) retirement plan, paid leave (including parental leave) and more.
