Rapidly growing Insurance Restoration Company seeking qualified candidates for the position of Sales Representative. The Sales Representative will sell roofing product lines / systems, generate new growth and profitability through business networking, contacts, telephoning, door knocking, and the like to obtain inspections for potential weather related structural property damage and consultations for cosmetic/structural replacements, upgrades and remodels. Occasional company-generated leads will also be provided.

Required qualifications and qualities:

• In-home sales experience or background in residential real estate, window/siding/roofing, home inspection, or home improvement industries.
• Verifiable and stable sales experience.
• Construction experience and knowledge is a definite plus.
• Strong listening, follow-up, and closing skills.
• Proficiency with computer software.
• Detail oriented, focused, and a team player.
• Strong ethics and high integrity, always putting the customer first.
• Outgoing, positive personality, professional demeanor, clean-cut appearance.
• Self-motivated, eager to succeed, excellent communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Willingness to learn and implement today’s top marketing and selling techniques.
• Willingness to work some weekends.
