At Stryker’s Craniomaxillofacial (CMF) division you’ll work closely with experienced Sales Representatives and Managers to build your knowledge, skill and comfort with clinical and product knowledge, selling styles, and techniques. You’ll receive training and self‑study to perform at the highest levels in the operating room, working with surgeons and healthcare professionals. You’ll represent Stryker as a leader in the industry, identify and promote solutions that change patients’ lives, and grow your own business one customer and account at a time.
You’ll assist Sales Representatives in determining necessary resources to achieve sales objectives and execute the plan. You’ll foster a culture where CMF is a destination for top performers and where people’s careers thrive.
- Identify and prospect new customers while continuously caring for existing customers
- Assist Sales Representatives in determining and providing necessary resources (educational programs, product development initiatives, and sales strategies)
- Communicate, demonstrate, and sell products and solutions to surgeons and healthcare professionals in emergency and operating room environments
- Maintain knowledge of clinical, product, and market trends to recommend solutions that improve patient outcomes
- Develop tactics and strategies to minimize setbacks and ensure consistent success
- Organize a busy schedule and travel up to 90% of the time in the field, including some weekends and overnight travel
- 1+ years of B2B sales experience (preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Comfortable adapting to new technology and business advancements
- Knowledge of marketing strategy, product demonstration, and sales techniques
- Capacity to deal with competing priorities and adapt to rapidly changing days
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships in a sales capacity
- Highly organized and able to manage a busy schedule
- Personal car required for transporting product inventory and supporting customers
- Willingness to learn from setbacks and develop strategies to minimize recurrence
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams
Salary: $70,000–$80,000 per year with potential for a bonus and benefits. Travel percentage:
None.
- Field‑based:
Majority to 100% of time at customer facilities with a defined territory and travel expectations. - Remote, onsite, or hybrid options may be available based on role, level, and job requirements.
