Salesperson, Sales Representative

Royal Door is a family-owned, Kansas City-based garage door company with a reputation for excellent service, honest work, and a team that feels more like family than coworkers. Our company is growing, and we're seeking motivated sales people to drive new business with contractors, commercial accounts and Kansas City homeowners.

We are looking for someone who enjoys the hunt, can build strong relationships, create value, and close deals.

• Generate new business through cold & warm outreach, networking, referrals, and site visits
• Create and manage a consistent sales pipeline
• Follow up on leads and opportunities
• Collaborate with our operations team to ensure a great customer experience
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
• Represent our company with professionalism and integrity
• Drive new business and revenue growth
• Proven experience in sales and/or project management
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Strong proficiency in customer service
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members to meet business objectives
• Proficiency with CRM software is preferred
• Experience in construction, trades, or service industry is preferred
• Base salary + sales commission
