Location: Lee's Summit

The regional Service Representative for the corrections division is an extended arm of our customer service department. It is responsible for maintaining existing accounts in the assigned territory, or as needed in other areas, assisting the Sales Director and the team in streamlining communication, producing an efficient workflow for the customers, and managing customer relationships within the correctional facilities. The position requires attention to detail, organization, and strong oral, written, and interpersonal skills.

Location:

This position is territory-based with frequent travel
. Candidates based in the Midwest (IL, MI, MN, MO, etc.) are strongly preferred.

Position Responsibilities

Duties include but are not necessarily limited to the following:

  • Report Directly to the Sales Director
  • Partner and deliver prompt and frequent communication with the internal team and clients.
  • Complete all administrative tasks thoroughly and promptly.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by establishing and maintaining excellent customer service and integrating customer needs within our organization.
  • Partner with all departments within the company to successfully resolve client's requirements.
  • Leverage all tools and resources (including data, sales portal (CRM), marketing department, technical team,
  • and regional and national resources as needed)
  • Provide updates and continuing education by frequently visiting the clients.
  • Gather key information from clients to effectively communicate critical information.
  • Work closely with the billing department to secure accurate information for submitting and collecting claims.
  • Assist sales director with local, regional, and national conferences and assist with bids as needed.
  • Willingness to travel as needed and effectively manage schedule to meet the needs of the clients.
  • Act in compliance with company policies and government regulations.
Required Qualifications
  • Must have a valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
  • Must successfully pass a multi-agency background check.
  • Team player who embrace diversity, adapt to change, and are comfortable learning new systems and processes.
  • High School, Technical School, or Associates Degree required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior customer service and problem-solving expertise in a healthcare setting
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products, especially in Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint and Sales Force
