Sales Support Specialist
Candidates must be based in Saint Louis, MO

Reporting to Sales Director
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Ensure the sales processes are effectively followed my managing and maintaining the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
- Monitor pricing module to ensure efficiency and accuracy
- Provide support for the sales team with pricing and quotations through the CRM system using price margin management
- Generate and analyze sales data reports to support the sales team in accelerating business and providing customer service
- Receive and acknowledge customer complaints, assign to respective department manager, and complete root cause analysis
- Manage any product claims or returns with Sales Director
- Manage and maintain customer master in SAP
- Ensure proper filing of all documents and records in compliance to company standards
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information
- Promoting the highest quality image of ROHA with co-workers, customers, vendors, and the community
- Maintaining and enhancing the culture and core values of ROHA
