Retail Sales Representative/Buyer – Lee’s Summit, MO

We are looking for a fast‑paced, tech‑savvy, people person to serve as a Second‑Hand Electronics Buyer at our Lee’s Summit location. The role involves greeting and building relationships with customers, testing and pricing a wide range of consumer electronics, negotiating fair pricing, and closing sales while maintaining accurate records.

• Greet customers and explain company processes, building strong relationships.
• Identify, test, and assess a wide range of consumer electronics, including smartphones, tablets, laptops, game systems, and more.
• Determine pricing using software and additional resources.
• Negotiate pricing with customers while maintaining a professional attitude and business acumen.
• Close sales and generate intake receipts.

• Excellent electronics knowledge and experience handling smartphones, tablets, laptops, and game systems.
• Ability to perform data wiping on smartphones, remove iCloud accounts, and test various operating systems.
• Strong people skills, ability to build relationships with customers, and adapt to a high‑volume environment.
• Fast and accurate typing skills; final record accuracy is essential.
• Professional appearance and demeanor; punctual and teamwork oriented.
• Ability to follow protocol and procedures, including selling practices and safety guidelines.
• Fluency in English; bilingual Spanish is a major plus.
• Sales experience is a plus but not required.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods (8+ hours) and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Pass a typing and general aptitude test; periodic drug testing may be required.

• Hourly pay: $16 to $18 per hour, depending on experience.

  Full time – 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Monday through Friday; 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Saturday. Closed on Sundays.
