• at least 2+ years of industry or adjacent experience (benefits, insurance, PEO, payroll, HR tech)
• Employee Benefits Brokerage experience
• Proven ability to build a book of business
• High activity, self-motivated, and persistent
• Based in a market with practitioner support

• Early-stage producers with Broker of Record experience
• B2B sales rockstars with a team-player mindset
• Experience at major insurance brokerage firms
• Sell nationally
