Safe Haven Security, a leading Authorized ADT Dealer, is seeking a driven Business Development Representative to grow residential and small-business smart home and security accounts. In this role, you'll prospect and qualify leads, run in-home or virtual consultations, and present tailored security and automation solutions that protect families and businesses. You'll manage a sales pipeline, collaborate closely with installation and customer success teams, and consistently hit aggressive sales targets in a high-energy, performance-focused culture with uncapped earning potential and clear advancement paths.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify residential and small-business leads for smart home and security solutions
- Conduct in-home or virtual consultations to assess customer security and automation needs
- Deliver persuasive sales presentations and demonstrate Safe Haven/ADT products and services
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline using CRM tools and follow-up strategies
- Collaborate with installation and customer success teams to ensure smooth service activation
- Meet or exceed monthly sales, conversion, and revenue targets in a fast-paced environment
- Stay current on product features, promotions, and competitive offerings
- Represent Safe Haven Security professionally at community events and local marketing activities
