Review CCTV and exception reports to identify incidents and monitor store security;
Prepare accurate case reports documenting apprehensions, recoveries, and preserve evidence;
Interact with law enforcement and testify in criminal and civil court actions;
Respond to asset protection and operational concerns of associates and maintain focus on store objectives
