Overview
As a Level 3 iSOC Coordinator you will manage real‑time interactions and interventions during critical security events. You will handle live audio communication with individuals at monitored sites, using two‑way systems to prevent security breaches, manage incidents such as trespassing, and de‑escalate potential threats. Your quick thinking and authoritative communication will resolve incidents in real time. The role demands high skill in alarm verification, video monitoring, and rapid decision‑making while maintaining clear communication with customers and emergency personnel.
ShiftHours & Compensation
Availability: 2:30pm – 11:00pm (based on labor demands).
Schedule:
8‑ or 10‑hour shifts, offering flexibility in the number of days per week.
Starting Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour (not including shift differential).
Shift Differentials:
- Evening Differential (+$0.50/hr) – 5:00pm to 9:00pm
- Overnight Differential (+$1.00/hr) – 9:01pm to 6:00am
- Weekend Differential (+$1.00/hr) – Saturdays and Sundays
Monthly Performance Bonus:
Up to $1,000 per month after 90 days of active employment.
Monthly Attendance Bonus:
Up to $250 per month (potentially $3,000 per year) after 90 days of active employment.

- Conduct remote security checks and virtual tours of customer locations.
- Perform virtual security escorts on opening, closing, and upon customer request.
- Use state‑of‑the‑art two‑way audio/video systems to communicate with customers.
- Take appropriate action based on alarm severity or customer instructions, including contacting emergency services.
- Answer inbound calls to resolve, escalate, or support security and system inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in the automation system.
- Monitor, verify and respond to alarm signals; place outgoing calls for alarm verification.
- Perform video verification of alarms to confirm security breaches or emergencies.
- Notify specified individuals of alarms or events according to customer instructions.
- Provide life‑safety support by dispatching clear and accurate alarm communication to emergency personnel.
- Assist in arming, disarming, and resetting alarms/signals.
- Manage live audio interactions during alarm events or customer requests.
- Use two‑way audio to intervene during real‑time incidents, projecting authority and maintaining clear communication.
- Handle situations such as loitering, trespassing, or other violations with de‑escalation or rapid decisions.
- Document all interactions and ensure proper follow‑up to conclude incidents.
- Generate detailed reports on alarm responses and life‑safety interventions.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Two years of experience in customer service, call center, dispatch, or security roles preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with professionalism and care.
- Strong active listening skills to understand customer needs and provide timely, accurate responses.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to maintain a calm and positive demeanor in high‑pressure situations.
iSOC Coordinators work in a state‑of‑the‑art security monitoring operations center equipped with the latest video surveillance, two‑way audio systems, and alarm monitoring software.
