Job Snapshot:

• Pay: $75,000 - $100,000 per year
• Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday + occasional overtime

• Experience in underground utility work, including pipe bursting and re-lining methods, as well as traditional excavation
• Experience guiding a helper or small team
• Strong knowledge of equipment operation and job site safety
• Ability and willingness to perform physical labor as the primary worker on the crew
• Ability to solve problems and work efficiently with minimal supervision
• Valid driver s license (CDL is a plus
  )
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work Monday–Friday with occasional overtime

• Lead excavation and trenchless operations (pipe bursting, pipe re-lining, traditional digging)
• Operate excavation equipment (mini excavators, trenchless systems)
• Direct and mentor your helper to ensure efficiency and safety
• Troubleshoot issues and keep projects moving forward
• Communicate with supervisors, customers, and inspectors
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold safety standards
