- Lead, supervise, and mentor field HVAC technicians on commercial jobsites and mission critical facilities
- Support quoting, light project coordination, and communication with the office team
- Troubleshoot and service rooftop units (RTUs), split systems, VRF systems, and Liebert units
- Ensure safety, quality, and performance standards are upheld in the field at all times
- Oversee technician scheduling and work assignments in coordination with dispatch
- Maintain equipment and materials; monitor tool condition and usage
- Represent the company professionally in all customer communications and on-site discussions
- Provide performance feedback; assist in hiring, training, and evaluating field technicians
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and preventive/predictive maintenance activities
- Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and office staff on project execution
- 5+ years of commercial HVAC experience — rooftop units, splits, VRF, and Liebert systems strongly preferred
- Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience in a field or facilities capacity
- Strong troubleshooting, diagnostics, and system commissioning skills
- Ability to manage technician schedules, support quoting, and coach junior team members
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Proficiency with work order systems, CMMS platforms, or similar tools
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Comfortable working part-field / part-office and fulfilling administrative responsibilities
- Commercial HVAC technicians ready to step into leadership and project coordination
