Up to $35.00/hour (DOE) / Without Certifications Pay Rate is $25 - $28 per hr

What You’ll Be Doing:- Keeping our shop running smoothly by organizing workloads and tracking POs.
- Ordering parts and supporting the Shop Service Manager with leadership duties.
- Diagnosing and fixing electrical and mechanical issues on tractors and trailers.
- Performing preventive maintenance and DOT inspections following FMCSA standards.
- Flexing your skills and muscles—lifting 75+ lbs and working hands‑on with our fleet.
- At least 5+ years of experience under the hood.
- A Class A CDL.
- 609, SAE, and welding certifications preferred
- Your own toolbox stocked with essential tools.
- Great pay—up to $35/hour based on your experience.
- A team that values your expertise and hard work.
