As a Service Technician on our Kansas City team, you will join us on our mission of Bringing Happiness to Every Home® by performing necessary service work in a safe and effective manner. You will report directly to the Installation Manager and work closely with Lead Installers, Trainers, and Warehouse/Operations professionals.

• Meet customers and conduct a visual tour of the service area.
• Perform service on customer’s windows and doors safely and efficiently.
• Review service completion with the customer and secure required signatures.
• Leave the customer location clean and in a safe appearance.

• Exceptionally strong attention to detail.
• Experience in residential remodeling, carpentry, or construction.
• A sense of pride in your work and an unwavering commitment to customers.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Must have a valid smartphone or smart device for two‑factor authentication on company systems.
