Logos Field Technician

Description

Full‑time Logo Sign Installer/Field Technician responsible for installing, removing, and maintaining interstate logo signs and tourist‑oriented directional signs in Missouri, primarily working independently and managing schedules and travel.

• Install and remove interstate logo signs using bucket trucks.
• Perform minor sign repair and maintenance.
• Control traffic and implement safety measures while working along highways.
• Conduct vegetation control and site clearing for ground‑mounted signs.
• Attend monthly safety meetings.
• Maintain warehouse and supply area organization.
• Travel up to 90% of time, with week‑long overnight stays as required.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Current and valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 80lbs.
• Experience with bucket truck or similar vehicle (preferred).
• Familiarity with power, manual tools and basic construction equipment (preferred).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
• Independently work safely on highways, including at heights and with ladders.

• Work outdoors long days; 50% or more standing, walking, climbing up to 30ft.
• Frequent lifting, pushing, and reaching; more than 50% time lifting.
• Overnight travel and time away from home >50% of working time.
• Ability to work safely under traffic conditions and adverse weather.

• Hourly rate $20/hour (dependent on experience).
