Compensation: $25.00 - $35.00 / hour

- Hands‑on and active in the field rather than desk work.
- Technically inclined and curious how things work.
- Experience on construction sites.
- Ability to climb ladders, pull cabling, and use power and hand tools.
- Steady work history (3 years steady employment).
- Positive disposition and high EQ.
- In‑Person (Not Remote or Hybrid)

- Hours:
40 per week. - Days:
Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM. - Occasional night/weekend shifts with notice and overtime.
- C.A.R.E.: candid, attentive, responsible, and ethical.
- Diligence.

- Pull, terminate, and test low‑voltage cabling (Category, Fiber, Speaker, Lutron).
- Mount devices at cable ends (AV/Network/Control/Lighting/Shading).
- Build and lace equipment racks.
- Advanced setup and configuration of devices.
- Advanced understanding of networks.
- Advanced troubleshooting of devices.
- Programming experience is a plus.
- AV Installation (Residential & Commercial).
- Security Installation.
- Low‑Voltage Cable Pulling.
- Managed Services (MSP) – if you can install.
- Electrician (HV or LV).
- $25‑$35 per hour.
- 401(k).
