• 4 to 5 years collision auto body repair experience required

• Assess and repair vehicles meticulously to restore to pre-accident condition.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles, ensuring quality and speed.
• Work collaboratively to meet KPIs and uphold brand standards.
• Plan repairs, prepare estimates, and use various tools for repairs.
• Perform structural repairs, replace damaged parts, and repaint vehicles as needed.
• Ensure repairs are completed within labor time guidelines and inspect vehicles post-repair.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of technical school or a 3-year apprenticeship.
• Ability to read job orders and work independently.
• Thorough understanding of vehicle body repair methods and tools.

• Ability to work safely in noisy, odorous environments.
• Lift up to 30 pounds.
• Inspect vehicles in various weather conditions.
• Bend, stretch, kneel, and squat as needed.

$22 - $25 per hour flat rate, performance-based, with potential bonuses.
