POSITION OVERVIEWUnder general supervision, the Level 1 Service Technician performs highly skilled automotive repair, maintenance, diagnostics, and Pennsylvania State Safety and Emissions Inspections. This is a full‑time hourly position with real earning potential, a strong benefits package, and a clear path for advancement.

- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- At least two (2) years hands‑on experience as a mechanic/technician in an automotive, school bus fleet, trucking or heavy equipment environment, or any equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Pennsylvania State Inspection and Emissions Certification.
- Current State driver's license.
- Proficiency in general maintenance and repairs.
- Physical capability to perform job duties.
- Strong teamwork skills.
- Effective time‑management and workflow efficiency skills.
- Experience with performing digital vehicle inspections.
- Tools necessary for the duties of the position.
- Conduct state‑required PA Safety and Emissions Inspections.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced shop.
- Perform test‑drives and accurately document findings and repairs on work orders completely and accurately.
- Perform other work related to the above as required or directed.
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Expected minimum hours: 40 per week
- Overtime availability (as needed)
