As a Foundation Repair Crew Member, you’ll travel to residential job sites to install foundation repair and basement waterproofing systems that help homeowners protect one of their biggest investments. Every day brings a new project, new challenges, and opportunities to develop valuable construction skills while working alongside experienced professionals.

• Competitive starting pay: $18.00–$22.50 per hour

• Install foundation repair and basement waterproofing systems
• Work safely and efficiently at residential job sites
• Load, unload, and operate construction materials and equipment
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Communicate effectively with crew leaders and homeowners when needed
• Represent Dry Basement® with professionalism and integrity

• Previous construction experience preferred, but not required
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a DOT physical
• Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds or more
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work well in a team environment
