ReDiscover in Missouri is seeking a School Based Community Liaison to join the Children's Community Services Program embedded in the Lee's Summit School District, serving school-aged youth at home, school or in the community.
In this role you will maintain a caseload, facilitate long-range outcomes, collaborate with teachers and support staff, remove access barriers, and assist with transportation, including client transport in a personal vehicle as needed.
