We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Omni Studio Developer to support a key initiative focused on delivering scalable, customer-centric digital solutions on the Salesforce platform.
You will play a critical role in designing and building solutions using Omni Studio (Vlocity) components, working closely with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to deliver high-quality, efficient implementations.
Tasks- Design and develop solutions using Salesforce Omni Studio components:
OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, Data Raptors, Flex Cards - Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems via APIs and middleware
- Collaborate with architects, Product Owners, and other developers
- Ensure performance optimisation and scalability of solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the platform
- Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement
- Maintain documentation and best practices
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with Omni Studio (Vlocity)
- Strong hands‑on experience with:
OmniScripts, Data Raptors, Integration Procedures, Flex Cards - Solid understanding of Salesforce platform (Sales/Service Cloud)
- Experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and APIs
- Knowledge of REST/SOAP integrations
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Strong problem‑solving and communication skills
