Location: Lee's Summit
Rail Pros is seeking a Roadway Worker in Charge (RWIC) to provide on-site roadway worker protection around live railroad tracks. You will coordinate job sites, communicate with dispatchers and engineers, and ensure On-Track Safety in both controlled and non-controlled tracks.
The role requires physical ability, radio proficiency, and knowledge of track safety training. You will conduct daily briefings, prepare electronic forms, and support a safety-driven, team-based environment within Rail Pros.
