Experienced Order Selector

Performance Food Group is seeking an Experienced Order Selector to support our fast-paced wholesale food distribution operations. In this full-time, night-shift warehouse role, you will use powered pallet jacks and RF scanners to accurately select, stack, and stage cases of food and related products for delivery to restaurants, schools, healthcare, and retail customers. You'll meet established productivity, accuracy, and safety goals while working in refrigerated and dry environments.

Responsibilities

• Accurately select and pull customer orders using powered pallet jacks and RF scanners
• Build stable pallets, wrap, label, and stage orders for loading and delivery
• Meet or exceed established productivity, accuracy, and quality standards each shift
• Work safely in dry, refrigerated, and freezer environments, following all safety procedures
• Perform basic equipment inspections and report any damage or safety concerns
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned warehouse aisles and staging areas
• Verify product codes, quantities, and loads to prevent errors and shortages
• Collaborate with supervisors, loaders, and drivers to support on-time deliveries
• Follow company policies, food safety standards, and regulatory requirements
• Participate in training and meetings focused on safety, performance, and continuous improvement
