Are you detail-oriented, organized, and appreciate streamlined processes? We are seeking a dedicated Payroll Administrator to join our team! In this role, you will manage employee time-reporting, payroll processing, record-keeping, and various administrative functions that keep our operations running seamlessly.

• Accurately process employee hours, attendance, and payroll-related data to ensure timely and precise payroll delivery
• Manage expense reports, deductions, PTO, and benefit updates to keep employee records current
• Prepare and distribute payroll reports, including certified payroll documentation
• Input employee records including new hires, terminations, and other updates
• Maintain organized filing systems for reports and documentation
• Support monthly, yearly, and other administrative tasks such as payroll closeouts, benefit enrollments, and record archiving
• Assist with employee communications, verifications, and other HR-related activities
• Provide support for miscellaneous administrative duties as needed to ensure smooth daily operations

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
• Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
• Experience with payroll systems and record-keeping
• Effective communication and collaboration skills across departments and with all employees
• Motivated, dependable and possess a strong work ethic
