Job Summary
Service Center Leesburg has an immediate opening for a Customer Service Representative. Responsibilities include greeting and providing exceptional service to internal and external customers, monitoring work volume for the center, recommending load level requests, coordinating Rental Car/Tow companies to offer a one‑stop service, and maintaining a broad knowledge base of insurance partner requirements regarding authorizations, billing, and load level processes.
