Rhino Medical is leading the charge seeking an experienced Physician to provide coverage at a professional on-site Employee Health clinic in Leesburg, Florida. This is an outpatient-focused assignment supporting workplace health, Workers’ Compensation evaluations, and primary care-style visits for employees.

This opportunity is ideal for physicians with a background in occupational medicine, urgent care, or family/internal medicine who are comfortable managing work-related injuries and DOT physicals in a structured clinic setting.

• Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

• February 16, 2026 – April 1, 2026

• Provide outpatient occupational health and employee wellness services
• Perform DOT physical examinations (DOT certification required)
• Evaluate and manage Workers’ Compensation injury visits
• Treat common primary care and urgent care-style employee health concerns
• Conduct return-to-work evaluations and follow-up care
• Document visits accurately in the EMR and ensure compliance with clinic protocols
• Collaborate with onsite staff to support efficient workflow and patient-centered care

• MD or DO
• Active Florida medical license (or ability to obtain)
• Current DOT certification required
• Prior experience with Workers’ Compensation cases required
• Comfortable providing outpatient primary care-style services
• Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills

• Consistent weekday schedule with no nights or weekends
• Outpatient-only employee health setting
