We are looking for an Assistant General Manager to oversee day‑to‑day operations of our U‑Haul center. The role includes leading a team, ensuring excellent customer service, and supporting the General Manager as needed.
Key Responsibilities- Run daily operations of the center in the GM’s absence.
- Make moment‑to‑moment decisions to allocate time and resources to appropriate projects.
- Manage and assign team members to ensure customers receive an excellent first impression and high‑quality service.
- Perform miscellaneous duties such as installing hitches, brake controllers, etc.
- Participate in continuous U‑Haul education through U‑Haul University.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Driver’s license and ability to maintain a clean driving record.
- Leadership experience in any form.
- Customer service experience.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts.
