Assistant Moving Center Manager

We are looking for an Assistant General Manager to oversee day‑to‑day operations of our U‑Haul center. The role includes leading a team, ensuring excellent customer service, and supporting the General Manager as needed.

• Run daily operations of the center in the GM’s absence.
• Make moment‑to‑moment decisions to allocate time and resources to appropriate projects.
• Manage and assign team members to ensure customers receive an excellent first impression and high‑quality service.
• Perform miscellaneous duties such as installing hitches, brake controllers, etc.
• Participate in continuous U‑Haul education through U‑Haul University.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Driver’s license and ability to maintain a clean driving record.
• Leadership experience in any form.
• Customer service experience.
• Ability to work a variety of shifts.
