As a Relationship Banker Business Specialist within PNC’s Retail Bank organization, you will be based in Leesburg, Virginia. Your role is to acquire and expand share of wallet for Consumer and Business Banking opportunities under $2MM in sales revenue, leading proactive lead generation, delivering a differentiated client experience from acquisition through onboarding and servicing, and ensuring adherence to risk management policies.

Job Responsibilities
  • Acquire and expand share of wallet for Consumer and Business Banking opportunities under $2MM in sales revenue.
  • Lead proactive lead generation and appointments internally and externally.
  • Deliver a differentiated client experience from acquisition through onboarding and servicing.
  • Manage and grow Business Banking relationships under $2MM sales revenue, translating client information into actionable sales strategies and tactics.
  • Generate quality referrals to ecosystem partners and leverage tools to maximize business results.
  • Develop ecosystem leadership inside and outside of the branch as a COI; collaborate with partners such as PNCWM, PNC Private Bank, Business Banking and Mortgage.
  • Hold partners accountable for routine updates and referral follow‑up.
  • Differentiate client experience through advanced conversational skills, delivering tailored solutions aligned with clients’ needs.
  • Solve client problems courteously and with urgency, escalating when necessary and acting as an advocate across departments.
  • Assist branch team in identifying consumer and business banking opportunities to create referrals.
  • Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with clients and position PNC products to meet their needs.
  • Educate clients on options for managing financial transactions by leveraging technology, tools and resources.
  • Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate and solve customer problems effectively to drive customer loyalty.
  • Manage risk through adherence to policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits.
  • Participate in branch daily operations ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications
  • University/college degree or equivalent combination of education, certification and experience.
  • Preferred skills:

Pay Transparency

Base Salary: $63,000.00 – $. Incentive eligible based on company, business, and/or individual performance.
