Handle lobby traffic using a tablet, check clients into the waiting queue, and schedule/cancel meetings;
Provide account servicing and maintenance, including opening new accounts, in compliance with policies and regulatory requirements;
Educate clients on day-to-day banking and technology options (Chase Mobile App, , ATMs) to meet banking needs;
Build trusted relationships with clients by listening, asking questions, demonstrating empathy, and collaborating with team members to achieve financial goals
