PAROLE/PROBATION SPECIALIST
This open competitive advertisement is for a Career Service position located at Circuit 057 Leesburg. The purpose of this position is to ensure the accurate intake, processing, and maintenance of offender records by entering, verifying, and managing data, reviewing criminal histories, and generating reports to support compliance and organizational operations. This position is not a telework position and is required to report to the FDC office in the area it serves.
Job duties include entering and updating offender information in the computer system, researching and verifying offender data to create accurate records and help with orientation programs, managing and overseeing the daily intake and processing of offenders into the tracking system, ensuring accurate data entry and compliance with guidelines, and ensuring data accuracy through quality checks and generating reports for management.
