Overview

• Provides pharmaceutical care services to the patients, physicians and staff of UF Health Central Florida.
• Interpretation of physician orders.
• Maintenance of medication profiles and providing drug information.
• Attendance and involvement in varied medical staff committees/meetings.
• Adverse drug reaction reporting and follow-up.
• Therapeutic interchanges.
• Parenteral nutrition monitoring.
• Pharmacokinetics dosing and follow-up.
• Medication dosing and follow-up (e.g., coumadin, antibiotics).
• IV to PO recommendations.

• Education:
  
  Professional School, College Masters, or more.
• Licensure/Certification/Registration:
  Valid Florida Pharmacist License.
• Special Skills/Qualifications/Additional Training/Experience
