What You’ll Do:
- Lead and develop employee and contract recruiters, setting priorities and allocating resources based on business needs.
- Partner with HR and business leaders to turn workforce plans into recruiting strategies, sourcing plans, and hiring priorities.
- Personally lead executive and business-critical searches, from market mapping and passive candidate outreach through assessment and offer negotiation.
- Advise hiring managers on role requirements, candidate profiles, market conditions, compensation considerations, and selection decisions.
- Oversee full-cycle recruiting, including intake, sourcing, screening, interviews, candidate communication, offers, and hiring handoffs.
- Track open roles, pipeline health, requisition aging, recruiting risks, and team capacity; recommend actions based on the data.
- Improve recruiting processes, tools, metrics, and service standards to strengthen quality, efficiency, compliance, and stakeholder experience.
- Manage third-party search firms, staffing agencies, and recruiting vendors, including performance, contracts, spend, and service expectations.
- Lead the internship program and support campus recruiting, early-career hiring, and internal mobility.
- Ensure recruiting practices are job-related, equitable, confidential, and compliant with company policies and applicable requirements.
- Protect confidential candidate, employee, compensation, and business information.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Leadership, or a related field required
Professional certification in human resources or talent acquisition is preferred

Pay for this role is competitive and based on experience, with additional factors like territory requirements, qualifications, and performancetaken into account. The typical pay range for this position is $120,000 – $140,000 annually, with potential forbonuses and incentivesplusbenefits.
VB Spine reserves the right to offer compensation outside of this listed range. Final compensation isdeterminedon a case-by-case basis and considers a variety of factors including experience level, skillset, and market conditions.
