We are seeking a DBA Lead (With Active Clearance) to join our team! You will be responsible for managing a team of DBA's to maintain relational databases that include Oracle, Sybase, Microsoft SQL Server, AWS RDS, and Postgre

SQL. The DBA manager will provide database advisory and consulting services for the enterprise. The selected candidate, along with other DBAs, will maintain the integrity, security, and availability of multiple mission‑critical databases. Duties include performance analysis and tuning, index maintenance, monitoring of data, and disaster recovery. The selected candidate will administer, maintain, develop, and implement policies and procedures to ensure the security and integrity of the database.

They will evaluate and recommend database management system products and support database and software lifecycle activities to achieve the highest level of system performance, availability, and compliance with business requirements. They will perform Oracle, SQL Server, and Sybase database and application server administration and organize and format data for efficient query and storage processes.

• Manage the team of DBA's and assign tasks to the team
• Represent the DBA team in IT leadership meetings and provide required guidance to junior DBAs.
• Administer, test, and implement computer databases.
• Coordinate changes to computer databases.
• Implement security measures to safeguard computer databases.
• Monitor performance space on servers and databases.
• Respond to database problems and escalations.
• Provide trend analysis and reporting.

• Previous experience in database administration or related fields.
• Experience with relational databases such as Sybase, Postgre
  
  SQL, AWS RDS, MySQL, Oracle, and SQL Server.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Deadline and detail‑oriented.
