Job Purpose:

* The IS Network Specialist II at LIFESTREAM BEHAVIORAL CENTER is responsible for ensuring the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of the in-house information systems that support core organizational functions. This role involves monitoring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing all networked software and associated operating systems. The specialist will apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help identify, communicate, and resolve issues to maximize the benefit of IT systems investments.

Key Responsibilities:

* Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure to support business operations.

* Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure network reliability and availability.

* Collaborate with IT team members to integrate new technologies and improve existing systems.

* Conduct research on network products, services, protocols, and standards to remain abreast of developments in the networking industry.

* Develop, implement, and maintain policies, procedures, and associated training plans for network administration and project management.

* Perform network security measures to protect data, software, and hardware.

* Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and other IT staff.

* Document network problems and resolutions for future reference.

* Participate in the management of all network security solutions.

* Assist in the planning and implementation of system and network integrations.
