Electrical Service Manager Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Service Manager to oversee our service operations and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a solid background in project management, electrical design, and construction management. As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating projects, managing schedules, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Responsibilities- Lead and manage service teams to deliver exceptional customer service and support.
- Oversee project scheduling and ensure timely completion of all service projects.
- Develop and implement project management strategies to optimize efficiency.
- Design systems in accordance with NEC standards and client specifications.
- Review contracts and ensure all terms are met throughout the project lifecycle.
- Utilize schematics to guide installation and maintenance processes effectively.
- Monitor time management practices within the team to enhance productivity.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct regular training sessions for staff on best practices in electrical engineering and construction management.
- Minimum of 4 years of managerial experience
- Experience managing people and processes
- Must have 8 years of electrical experience, preferred Commercial
- Licensed Electrician is a plus, but not required
- Assist with scheduling, invoicing, and budget management
- Maintaining and building vendor relationships
- Maintaining/managing reports
- Proven experience in project scheduling, project management, or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and electrical engineering principles.
- Familiarity with construction management practices and NEC regulations.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting schematics and technical drawings.
- Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication skills.
- Relevant certifications in project management or electrical engineering are a plus.
- A commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and quality in all operations.
Pay: $70,000.00 - $ per year
