Industrial Painter at Envirosafe Tanks Leesburg, FL

Envirosafe™ Tanks by Memco, Inc. is looking for an experienced automotive painter for our fuel system painter positions. The painter will be responsible for applying a wide range of industrial liquid coatings to fabricated metal products and above‑ground fuel tanks in accordance with specifications indicated by the paint manufacturer or customer.

• Apply a variety of industrial coatings to fabricated metal products and above‑ground fuel tanks.
• Utilize instrumentation to measure painting parameters to ensure compliance with all known specifications.
• Apply industrial coatings in confined spaces.
• Appropriately rig large objects for the purpose of moving them during the application of the industrial coatings.
• Suggest tools and equipment to improve the overall operation and the efficiency of the painting process.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment and observe good safety habits.
• Adhere to all OSHA and Hazmat procedures with respect to the storage and handling of materials in the area.
• Report malfunctions of equipment or processing to the Production Manager.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Production Manager.

• Automotive painting experience: 1 year (preferred).
• Experience managing others and operating on the production floor.
• For apprentices: limited industrial or automotive painting/prepping experience, strong eye for detail, and eagerness to learn.
• Ability to commute to or relocate to Bushnell, FL 33513.
• Proficiency in using instrumentation for painting.

• Full‑time.
• Shift options: either 4 ten‑hour shifts Monday–Thursday or a traditional 5‑day shift.
• Pay: $17.00–$26.00 per hour, determined by ability to produce a well‑painted finish and management capability.
